DOMESTIC (Australia and New Zealand)

We ship domestically with DHL EXPRESS and offer Express Shipping for All orders. For orders valued at AUD $200 or more, we will provide a FREE Express Shipping. 

For All orders under AUD $200 Express Shipping is available for AUD $20.   

INTERNATIONAL 

We ship internationally with DHL Express Indonesia and offer Express Shipping for all orders. Express Shipping is included free with all orders under AUD $250.

For orders valued at AUD $250 or more, we providing FREE Express Shipping.

Express Shipping is available for ALL orders for AUD $30.   

Processing Times 

All orders placed Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, with tracking information for your parcel. Orders placed Saturday - Sunday or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

International Duties & Taxes 

Please note all prices on our website are displayed in AUD and you may need to apply a conversion to your local currency in order to calculate the total order value. 

Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary for each country. Please be aware Miyako will not be held responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed on your order will rest with the customer and not be reimbursed.  

Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country. 

For orders that are refused at customs, should duties and taxes be unpaid, Miyako reserves the right to deduct the return to sender costs incurred when processing the refund.
