RETURNS POLICY

We happily accept returns for items within 7 days of your order being received. We can provide a credit note or refund on returned items, provided they are in original, unworn condition with swing tags and hygiene stickers attached. 

Orders placed with Afterpay or with a gift card are not eligible for a refund and only eligible for a store credit.

Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event with a discount code, or automatically applied discount, are not eligible for a refund or exchange and only eligible for a store credit.

We do not offer returns or refunds on gift cards.

Please take care when trying on your Miyako pieces, as we do not accept returns with makeup or tan stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.   

The item/s being returned must be accompanied by original packaging, including the Miyako delicates bag, swing tag and hygiene stickers. 

Credit Note

A credit note will be sent with your return confirmation email and will be available for use as soon as we receive your return, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with swing tags and hygiene stickers attached. 

Credit notes will be valid for six months from the date of issue.

If your new order is of higher value our team will be in touch for payment of the balance, if of lower value you will be issued a store credit.

Refund 

A refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please be mindful it may take several business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider. 

Please note, items purchased with Afterpay, items marked on sale or items discounted through a promotional event cannot be returned for a refund. Orders of this nature are eligible for a credit note.

Faulty Items 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, or an item you believe is not as described or appears online, please get in touch at hello@miyako-official.com with supporting imagery so we can promptly find a solution.  

 

TO MAKE A RETURN

To make a return, please get in touch at hello@miyako-official.com. Postage costs for returning unsuitable item/s are the responsibility of the customer.  

We encourage you to return your items via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service and taking note of your tracking number. Miyako is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed. Once complete, you will receive an email confirming your return and details of your credit note or refund. 

  

CANCELLATION POLICY  

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any size, style or delivery amendments to the order. You will need to get in touch at hello@miyako-official.com to cancel the order and place a new order.
