How to Measure

BUST 

Thread a tape measure under your arms, across shoulder blades at back and around the fullest part of your bust. Relax your arms at either side and keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

WAIST 

To find your natural waistline, bend to one side to find the natural indentation in your torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around your natural waistline and keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

HIPS 

Stand on a level surface with your feet together. Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom, often your upper thigh area, and keep the measuring tape parallel with the floor. Do not measure around your hip bones, as this measurement is too high.
